How Heaven's Mail Works
Heaven's Mail is a unique and lasting way of keeping in contact with loved
ones in the event of your passing or permanent incapacitation. We've designed the
process to be as simple and as intuitive as we know how, providing
you with wizards which automatically set-up your Service Order depending
on responses to questions.
WARNING: In order to use our Heaven’s Mail—It’s Eternal™ service, you
must certify that you are either (1) terminally ill and have been informed by
a medical doctor that you have less than 5 years to live or (2) you are over
50 years of age. Further, if we suspect any abuse of these terms, we may require
that you provide us with evidence that you qualify for this service. You are
forewarned that any abuse of our service may result in immediate termination
of your account without a refund of any fees paid. Therefore, DO NOT USE OR
REGISTER for this service unless you qualify. Additional restrictions apply.

Acknowledge Contact
Heaven's Mail regularly sends you messages to prompt a response ensuring you can communicate. Customize when and how often it attempts to contact you.

Trigger Service Order
When Heaven's Mail gives up trying to contact you (as per your rules), your Service Order is triggered. Your eCards are then scheduled for delivery and memorial made available.

We Do The Rest
Your loved ones receive your Heaven's Mail eCards offering hope, and sharing your faith and love, as well as memorial invitations. You remain in their hearts and minds until you both meet again.
