Kemmis, 19, NAPERVILLE IL, died SUNDAY, MAY. 25, 2014, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident in rural Washington, District of Columbia.Chloe was born JAN. 4, 1995, in Naperville, Illinois. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Juliette and Frank; two brothers, Jasper and wife, Anna, and Rafe; two sisters, Raegan and Simone; one nephew, Corbin; two nieces, Amelia and Caedence and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.Please contact family directly for funeral arrangements.
