Mom could see the beauty in a Sunrise and she knew God was watching
over her. Mom could hear the sound of the rain, on the roof, And she
knew that God was protecting her, Mom could feel the wind all around
her and she knew that God was guiding her. My Mom would say a prayer
as she looked up at the sky and stars and she knew that God heard her.
And I would look into her eyes and feel her touch And I knew that
God loved her. My Mom knew that her treasures were in heaven and that
this was not her home. She was ready to meet Jesus and make Heaven
her home.
